In this article I will be sharing a simple real estate investment strategy you can easily use to become a billionaire with PROOF.
So what is this real estate investment strategy? What is this billionaire maker?
Land banking
Land banking is a real estate investment strategy that is all about buying land with the intention of holding unto the land till it has massively appreciated then selling it off at massive profit.
When doing land banking, you don’t buy land with the intention of building your residential house on it.
You simply buy the land and allow it to appreciate.
The reason is that unlike house, land appreciates on its own.
Land is scarce and limited in supply while the demand for land is unlimited because human population and activities keep increasing.
Guess what all the houses humans need for shelter, all the roads they need to walk on, the hospitals, schools, malls, everything is built on?
Land.
This fact is what makes land banking so effective and the perfect real estate investment strategy anyone can easily start.
You can never go wrong when investing in land because even if the area you bought is not developed at the moment.
Over the years it will and by then if you sell that land, you can be selling it 50X, 100X what you originally bought it.

The question is not whether your land will appreciate or not because it will.

I love him and his philanthropy is to be emulated but I love you more so naturally I have to put you and your interests first and believe me, keeping your money all tied up in the bank is not in your best interest.
The reason is because of what Warren Buffet calls “The invisible tax” which is a fancy name he calls inflation.

The only thing I can say is that that money you think is safe in the bank is losing value, losing purchasing power every single day.

Who founded one of the most successful tech companies in Google and has a net worth of over 100 Billion dollars is still buying acres of land like a baby at a candy store.
