Investing in Lagos real estate is so lucrative that I helped my client make ₦7 million, in this article I will show you how exactly I did it.
There is something I always tell my clients and that is that smart real estate investors make money when buying real estate, not when selling.
I learnt it from my mentor, Dr Stephen Akintayo.
To most investors, picking the right property to invest in to experience rapid and massive ROI is a gamble.

A game of luck. The opposite is the case for all our clients at Rose Garden Realty.
Am obsessed with combing through the various real estate projects happening in Lagos and selecting the ones with the best potential and bringing them to my clients at the right moment.
In this article I will tell the story of how I helped my client to make N7M with only N5 million initial deposit.

The property is Amen Estate FTZ, a revolutionary estate being developed by Amen City and Redbrick homes at Eleko, Ibeju-Lekki, that is set to be the hub of commercial activities.
The property shares a fence with the Lekki Free Trade Zone and is strategically positioned in very very close proximity to Dangote’s refinery which is inside the Lekki Free Trade Zone.
Other mega projects it is close to include the deep sea port, and multinational companies like Tesco, Kelloggs, Power oil, Indomie noodles, amongst others.
On the 13th of June I got a tip that a price increase of this estate is about to happen on the 14th because I am in the developer’s inner circle of consultants.

The 500 sqm plot that was selling for 25M would be increased to 32M and the 1000 sqm plot that was selling for 50M would be increased to 64M by 00:00 hours on the 14th of June.
I immediately contacted my client, Mrs X ( not her real name which I have chosen not to disclose for confidentiality purposes) and advised her to make the initial deposit of N5M to secure the 500 sqm plot at 25M so as to benefit from the price increase.
Having consulted me extensively on Lagos real estate market, she was familiar with the potency of my advise thus she has diamond-like trust in my expertise, abilities and professionalism so immediately contacted her bank.
Within minutes the transaction was completed and initial deposit made.

Fast forward to the 14th, the price was increased exactly as I said from 25M to 32M for the 500 sqm plot, and from 50M to 64M for the 1,000 sqm plot.
However because Mrs X has me as her agent, trusts me and acted when I told her to.
She secured her plot at N25M which in simple terms mean that her investment has appreciated by 7M within hours. She hasn’t even finished making payment. Maybe by the time she finishes payment the plot will be selling for N40M or more who knows?
Property in that axis are appreciating faster than Usain Bolt can run a 100 metre race.
My joy is that she already made profit even though she has not finished paying for the property.

This is exactly what my mentor, Dr Stephen Akintayo meant when he taught me that, “Smart real estate investors make money when buying, not when selling”.
This is one of the benefits of having me as your consultant and agent. I will help you make profit on your real estate investment from the moment you buy.
Most real estate investors wait years to see their land investment appreciate, but the properties you will get from us here at Rose Garden Realty will be appreciating right before your very eyes.
